Looking Glass Road

Within the Blackfeet Reservation on highway 49 is a 10-mile scenic, winding street called Looking Glass Road. This is a great drive if you want to view the reservation wildlife from a safe distance, and capture some wonderful photographs from the many lookout points the road has to offer. May, June and December offer the best viewing opportunities.

Be sure and purchase a Blackfeet Recreation Permit at Bear Tracks gas station if you want to stray from the road into the recreational tribal lands.
